1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dave The Barber ("Dave The Barber"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Dave The Barber provides a management platform for barbershops, including appointment scheduling, commission tracking, and team management features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
7. General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
